A chick with bifurcation of the hind end of the spinal column two widely separate cloacae, and fusion of the soft parts of the two inner legs as far as the knee. |

This specimen was acquired by the College from the British Museum in 1809. It may originally have been part of the collection of Sir Hans Sloane or from the cabinet of the Royal Society, but its precise provenance has not been traced. |
