Scope and ContentAutograph letter by William Clift to Philip Syng Physick dated 8th May 1835. The letter relates to the progress of cataloguing the specimens in the Hunterian Museum, and the evidence remaining of work carried out by Philip Syng Physick when he worked for John Hunter. At the end of the letter is a later addition by Clift, with the name and location of the receiver, the date 25 April 1836, and the phrase "favoured by Dr Mott."
