    Contains drawings and descriptions from Quekett's histological examination of animal specimens including diseased or abnormal growths such as tumours and cysts. Queckett has written his name and the date, 29 August 1840 on the fly-leaf. First three pages give a diarised account of an experiment on frogs. The examinations are almost all dated, and consists of a title and description, and include a reference to Quekett's co-examiner where applicable.
