The skull is long and flat with an elongated appearance around the region of the orbits. The frontal is flat and sloped making the orbital portion angulated and shallow. Two bilateral ossicles on the temporo-parietal suture, just posterior to temporal bosses. Two smalls ossicles at the left lambdoid suture.
Small possible button osteoma on the frontal and maybe on the right parietal and left parietal. Left parietal foramen present. PM loss of all the anterior teeth except left first premolar. AM loss of the first molars and possibly of the second molars. Third molars are absent. Palatine foramina have merged into one large foramen.
