DescriptionA uterus with the vagina and bladder showing a large aperture that has been formed in the walls of the vagina and bladder as a result of cancer of the vagina.
The ulcerated aperture is irregular, with sloughs of matter deposited around it. The remnants of adhesions can be seen over the surfaces of the uterus and ovaries.

TranscriptA uterus, vagina, and urinary bladder. A large irregular opening has been formed, probably by cancerous ulceration of the adjacent walls of the vagina and bladder, and around the aperture there are sloughs. There are also remains of adhesions over the whole peritoneal surface of the uterus and ovaries.
