Scope and ContentThis manuscript volume is titled "On the Incubation of an Egg". It begins with some notes on principles and deductions, and a quote in French from Bonnet, Contemplation de la Nature. The begins the subjects of "Progress of the Incubation of the Hen's Egg 1769. Considerations on Malpighi's, Haller's and Hunter's Discoveries" The manuscript then comments on each of the above individuals research, inlcuding lists of Mr John Hunter's drawings. The volume concludes with a section on "References drawn from the foregoing Observations".
