Admin./ biographical historyHenry Bird was a General Surgeon and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (1858). He was educated at St Bartholomew's Hospital, London. He practiced at Cindeford, East Dean, Gloucestershire, and the Vicarage, Christow, Exeter, and at Wattisfield, Suffolk.
