Scope and ContentThis section contains records of the activities of the College Council Club, founded in 1869. This includes;
volumes of photographs of Council members with their names, dates of birth and death, dates of serving on the Council, and dates as President (where appropriate). It also contains volumes of log books regarding the quartely meetings and dinners held by the club, which contain menus, receipts, minutes, accounts, membership records and signatures of attendees. Also included in this series is a collection of loose photographs of members of the club, letters of acceptance and resignation from the club, and a booklet produced by V. W. Low in 1933 sumarising the history of the club to date. Other documents regarding the activities of the club include records of War Loan bonds and Defence bonds, correspondence and bills from restaurants, receipts for club memorabilia, and a letter stamp.
