Scope and ContentTwenty-five of the illustrations are marked "BJS" [the British Journal of Surgery]; two are marked "BJU" [British Journal of Urology]"; and the other twenty-one illustrations and annotations have some reprographics markings and annotations, but no further details related to their publication.
